I first heard of Transflow Proformance through Connacht Rugby. I am a firm believer that in rugby, the mental side of the game is as important as the physical side and in sport if you are mentally strong and your head is in a good space it can be a huge advantage. The reason I went to Transfow Proformance was I had received a bad hamstring injury, which ruled me out of the Rugby World Cup squad. I was in a pretty bad place both mentally and physically.
For me I was set to face a long lay off and this gave me time to work with Marguerite on the physical and mental side. By that I mean getting back from my injury as soon as possible and making sure my body was in top physical condition.

Eoghan Grace (Connacht Rugby).
Marguerite was brilliant. A straight forward, no nonsense, no waffle approach. You could actually feel her passion for what she does. It's not surprising that she is successful in her business. We have had inspirational talks before from some wonderful speakers to date but, for me, Marguerite has now raised the standard even further.

I have known Marguerite Tonery since February 2011. In that time I have got to know Marguerite, I believe her to be one of Ireland’s foremost thinkers in creativity. Marguerite was a guest lecturer in Creativity on the Master of Business in Strategy and Innovation Management and Bachelor of Business Honours programmes at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in April, 2011. Marguerite’s achievements and her insights with her business, Transflow Proformance provide a blueprint for a radical re-think as to how the human being can become more creative from within themselves. I witnessed this at first hand when Marguerite helped my Innovation Management masters class achieve significant results from her workshop in Creativity. Marguerite is a superb communicator who never loses her audience. Her delivery style is very innovative and passionate. Marguerite Tonery is an inspiration and it has been a privilege for me personally to hear and see her work at first hand. Ivan Mc Phillips, BBS, MRD, MMII (Grad) Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, School of Business, Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, Galway.
I am very thankful to Marguerite for her knowledge and advice throughout the last year. I had been feeling sick for months - completely lacking in energy and run down. After visiting doctors and being told there was nothing wrong with me, I turned to Marguerite. She quickly reassured me that she would have me back to normailty soon. After a quick chat, I was told there was a possibility I was suffering from a parasitic infection and food allergies. With numerous visits and e-mails of support, I was very soon back on the road to recovery. Marguerite has such a vast knowledge of nutrition and her supportive ways ensured that I am now back to full health and full of energy. Transflow Performance has been a huge help to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Valerie Creaton (Teacher).
Hi, just wanted to show my appreciation and gratitude for the work Marguerite has done with me and I suspect alot of other people. I first went to her in September, 2009 suffering with ME also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which had stopped my life in its tracks for about 3 years. Marguerite has the gift of understanding the human body, which surpasses knowledge gained in any university. Her gift is something I cannot quite put in words or probably understand as she can sense the problems within a person's body by simply being in the same room as them and she can then use her technical knowledge of the human body to workout how to fix it. Well, however she does it, her insights and ability to guide me step by step back to full health has been amazing and I can safely say it wouldn't have happened without her. I'm just back from a a training session and at the minute I am applying for jobs with NGO's around the world; things have changed a little since September 2009. Over the years I have found myself returning time and again to the ideas and techniques taught by Marguerite and Transflow Therapy. These techniques have enabled me to establish a truly healthy way of life - both physically and emotionally. The process involved in the Transflow Therapy behind Transflow Proformance helps you to discover your unique authentic self while also developing the tools to achieve optimum health and well-being. I think it is Marguerite's clear, positive and supportive approach that really helps with this process. I cannot overstate the value and impact that Transflow Proformance has had on my life and I would highly recommend it to others. Ann Mc Cormack (Educator; Runner)
I found Transflow Therapy excellent for making time to meditate and identifying "fault-lines" in one's physical and mental make up as a result of injury or negative habits. Under Marguerite's guidance, Transflow Proformance equips you with tools to heal oneself, deal with stress and make the most of your potential. What really appeals to me about Transflow Proformance is that it is all encompassing by taking all factors into account such as Nutrition, Physical and Emotional and can be tailored to suit individual needs. I would highly reccommend it. Cliona Egan (Nurse)
At a time when I was under at great deal of stress, I got immense relief from my sessions with Marguerite. It helped me keep my strength and focus during an extremely difficult time, and at times, I was even able to connect to serenity. Now that I've moved on to a new phase in my life, I can draw on what I learned from Marguerite during my one to one sessions and from her class, I am now able to connect to my feelings and can tap into my inner strength and peace.
