Drug Testing:
What Not to Take!

Due to the risks of performance enhancing molecules, drug testing has now begun at even schools level in sport in Ireland. If you don't want to take performance enhancers, but you do want to provide your body with nutrients to ensure peak health and performance levels, then let Transflow Proformance provide you with a safe, and tailored programme.
Transflow Proformance provides a tailored solution to your needs. If you are an athlete concerned about which supplements to take, when to take them, and how, then Transflow Proformance will guide you on nutrients to best suit you. This is based on a number of factors including your age, sport (individual or team), your position on team, genetics and many other factors. A player history (health, genetic predispositions, etc.) is established, and a programme is recommended to each individual based on needs.
At Schools Level:
Performance enhancers are now being taken by secondary school students to give them the edge over the competition. However, there is a huge risk in taking over the counter nutrients, if the athlete does not need them or if they are illegal supplements of which the child is unaware. A situation in which a child is caught taking a drug is detrimental to his/her future in that sport. In addition, the health implications of taking performance enhancers can be very serious.
If:
- you are a parent who wants the best for your son or daughter
- you do not want your child to take any performance enhancers
- you are concerned about the physical strain of exercise and competition on their bodies
- you want to give your son or daughter the best possibility of succeeding in their chosen sport
then ask me to provide a programme to you son or daughter based on their individual needs and sport. Each programme is tailored to the needs of the individual at their developmental stage, and for their chosen sport.
